At checkout let me know the axle standard you require. If this changes the price I will let you know (bit for most standards the price is the same. 100x15 and 142x12mm will be assumed if you dont tell me.
Hubs are the 350 or the 240.
The 350 hubs use normal steel bearing and are a bit heavier than the 240 hubs.
The 240 hubs use higher grade stainless bearings and are lighter. They are a more reliable hub for bearing life.
Both hubs feature the same twin ratchet ring freehub mechanism which is unique to DT Swiss and is a very reliable design.
I will asumme centrelock hubs unles 6 bolt is asked for.
The rim is 35mm wide (30mm internal width) and 21mm deep. It weighs 490g (650B) or 525g (29er).
The whole wheelset weighs from 1700g (28H 240 hubs) to 1870g (32H 350 hubs) depending on hub, rims size and spoke count. This is a stiff and durable enduro wheelset that will take wide tyres. Top end wheels from The Cycle Clinic.
The rim is tubeless compatible and the wheel are supplied with stan's rim tape and stans tubeless valves to get you going.
The spokes used are black sapim race with black Sapim alloy nipples in place of dt swiss silver alloy squorx simply because the sapkm nipples work just fine. Nipple washers are used too as recommend by DT Swiss. Thinner CX-rays or the round Laser can be used too just ask.
