As a follow up to my guide on living with tubeless tyres I have done this short video to show you how to deal with a puncture that wont seal. The tyre used is an IRC roadlite 23mm and the sealant used is Effetto Mariposa. Orange seal or Zefal would also work well but the Effetto Marioposa sealant is ammonia free. Tyre worms and flexible superglue to the rescue.

24hrs later the tyre is holding 90 psi just fine.
